This garlic is produced by a small family farm on Ly Son island, Vietnam.
Locals believe that the garlic grown on Ly Son has magical powers, therefore they use it to treat many different illnesses.
Ly Son garlic is much smaller than garlic from China or other producers, because the locals don’t use modern farming techniques and they want Ly Son garlic to be distinguishable from Chinese garlic which is usually much bigger.
This garlic is GMO-free.
All profits go to the family farm, so they may be able to modernize.
